Viewing already-saved reports, browsing AI Memory, exporting CSVs, and configuring settings do not consume questions.

You'll see a notification at 80% and 100% of your quota. On paid plans, additional questions are billed at $0.15 per question, and you can set hard caps from your admin dashboard to prevent any overage. On the Free plan, questions stop at the limit — upgrade to Starter to keep going.

On Business and Enterprise plans, admins can set monthly question caps per user or per role. This gives finance teams clear cost attribution and prevents any single user from consuming the entire quota.

On Team and above, when your question could be answered from more than one connected source, Klairr analyses the available schemas and recommends the best one — explaining why. You can accept the recommendation or pick manually. On Free and Starter, you choose the source yourself.

Yes. Extra seats are billed monthly at $15 (Starter), $12 (Team), or $8 (Business) per seat. Add or remove seats from the admin dashboard at any time.

Free: 10. Starter: 50. Team: 500. Business: 2,000. Enterprise: negotiated. Saved reports are very cheap to keep, so the caps are generous — they exist to keep your workspace clean and to detect spam, not as an upgrade lever. Auto-refreshing scheduled reports have a tighter cap (Team: 10, Business: 30) because each scheduled run consumes a question from your monthly quota.

Yes. Manual report refresh is available on every plan, including Free. Each successful refresh consumes one question from your monthly quota — same as asking a new question. Automatic scheduled refreshes (daily / weekly / monthly cron) require Team or above; manual refresh works everywhere.

Existing shared reports are preserved but go dormant. Owners still have full access to their own reports, and the share data (who it was shared with, group shares, org-wide setting) stays intact on the report. Colleagues who previously had access will see an "upgrade your workspace to restore sharing" message until the workspace re-upgrades to Starter or above. Nothing is deleted; nothing leaks.

No. Klairr handles the AI behind the scenes — the cost of the AI is included in your subscription. You connect your data sources directly (BigQuery, Mixpanel, and others) and pay your data warehouse provider for query execution.
